(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our tax consultancy services in
Pakistan. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be
bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these
Terms and Conditions, please do not use our services.

Scope of Services

1.1. Tax Consultancy Services: We
provide tax consultancy services to individuals and businesses in Pakistan. Our
services include tax planning, tax compliance, tax return preparation,
representation before tax authorities, and other related services as agreed
upon between the Company and the client.

1.2. Professional Obligations: Our
tax consultancy services are subject to the applicable laws, rules, and
regulations governing tax professionals in Pakistan. We undertake to act in
accordance with the highest professional standards and to provide services
diligently, competently, and ethically.

Client Responsibilities

2.1. Accurate and Complete
Information: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date
information necessary for us to provide our services effectively. You are
responsible for providing all relevant financial and tax-related information,
records, and documentation required for the completion of the engagement.

2.2. Compliance with Laws: You are
responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and
requirements in Pakistan. We will provide guidance and advice based on the
information provided by you, but the ultimate responsibility for compliance
rests with you.

Fees and Payment

3.1. Engagement Fees: The fees for
our tax consultancy services will be agreed upon in advance and documented in
an engagement letter or agreement. The fees may be based on various factors,
including the complexity of the engagement, time spent, and the value of the
services provided.

3.2. Payment Terms: Payment for our
services is due as per the agreed terms outlined in the engagement letter or
agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services if payment
is not received within the specified timeframe.

3.3. Additional Costs: You may be
responsible for additional costs incurred in providing our services, such as
government fees, disbursements, or out-of-pocket expenses. These costs will be
communicated to you in advance, and payment is expected as per the agreed
terms.

Confidentiality

4.1. Confidentiality Obligations: We
will treat all information you provide to us as confidential and will not
disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or
in connection with providing our services. We will take reasonable measures to
protect the confidentiality and security of your information.

4.2. Exceptions: Confidentiality
obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available or becomes
publicly available without breach of these Terms and Conditions, or if we are
required by law to disclose such information.

Intellectual Property

5.1. Ownership: The Company retains
all rights, title, and interest in any intellectual property, including but not
limited to materials, documents, or software, used or created in the provision
of our services.

5.2. Use of Materials: You are
granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use any materials
provided by the Company solely for the purpose of receiving our services. You
agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on
our materials without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

6.1. No Warranty: We make no
representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy,
completeness, or reliability of the information or advice provided as part of
our services. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results based on our
services.

6.2. Limitation of Liability: To the
fullest extent permitted by law, the Company, its directors, employees, or
agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential,
or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the provision of our
services, including but not limited to any errors, omissions, or delays in the
services provided.

Termination

7.1. Termination by Either Party:
Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice to the
other party. Termination will be without prejudice to any rights or obligations
that have accrued prior to the termination date.

7.2. Outstanding Fees: Upon
termination, any outstanding fees or costs incurred for services provided up to
the termination date will remain payable.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be
governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes
arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify,
update, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms
and Conditions on our website. Your continued use of our services after any
changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
